ARO is a privacy-first map for approximate community-reported alert areas, shared observations, and practical rights resources for everyone who lives, works, and travels here.

Exact pins are not published. Route checks compare a planned path with current community reports. Absence of reports does not mean an area is clear.

Neutrality

ARO is nonpartisan. It does not endorse candidates, parties, or political campaigns. Reports describe observable community activity for the safety of everyone in the community.

What this is not

This is not an official government feed, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of safety. Do not approach, follow, or interfere with anyone based on reports.

How community reports work

Reports begin as community observations. Others may confirm or flag them. Confidence rises with careful corroboration.

These signals never make a report official. Treat every alert area as approximate and incomplete.

Route and notification limitations

Route analysis compares a planned corridor with recent community reports. It cannot see the future or every street.

Do not use the app while driving unless you have a hands-free setup. Notifications can be delayed or missed.

Privacy by design

ARO uses approximate public locations, encrypted account email storage, and no public profile page.

These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute anonymity on the internet.

Media and private evidence

When enabled, report photos may be reviewed before any public derivative appears. Evidence vault entries stay private to your account or people you share with.

You can use the map without an account. Signing in enables recovery tools, alerts, organizations, and the private evidence vault.
